Overgrown Fees

Pain in the Grass Lawn Service LLC considers grass that is 6” + (roughly ankle high) in length to be overgrown.

  • Level 1: 6-12” additional 75% of the normal service rate.

  • Level 2: 12-18” additional 100% of the normal service rate.

  • Level 3: Over 18” in height falls under brush cutting/bush hogging and is priced at an entirely different rate than mowing. This will require an in-person quote.

Pet Waste Fee

Pain in the Grass Lawn Service LLC considers pet waste to be excessive when the amount in your yard is more than a day’s waste.

Trash/Toy Fee

Pain in the Grass Lawn Service LLC considers children’s or pets toys and trash that is not neatly picked up and out of our way to be warranted a trash/toy fee. One or two pieces of trash that may have blown in your yard will not get this fee and we will pick it up.

Same Day Cancellation of Service Fee

  • This fee is applied if we must cancel your service and come back due to violating any of our fee items.


  • This is also applied if you call the day of your service and cancel for any reason.

Locked Gate Return Fee

This fee is applied if we show up to do your service and cannot access your yard. We will notify you and the service will be cancelled and rescheduled. You will ONLY receive this fee. You will not receive a same day cancellation of service fee in addition to this fee.
