Why is this fee charged?

This fee is charged due to the amount of time and resources it costs our company.

We plan our routes in advance. If we booked a slot for your service and we cannot complete that service or you call and cancel that service, it costs our company time, labor, and resources. This fee offsets a small portion of that loss.
